These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DrivingSchool CRM (the "Service"), operated by Andreas Neofytou, a sole trader based in Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service
DrivingSchool CRM is a cloud-based scheduling and record-keeping platform for driving schools: student enrollment, lesson and exam scheduling, instructor and vehicle management, SMS reminders, and billing.
Your Account
Signing up creates a dedicated web address for your school (yourschool.drivingschoolcrm.cy). You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
Plans & Pricing
We offer three monthly plans, billed in EUR: Starter (€29/month — 1 instructor, 2 vehicles, 50 SMS/month), Standard (€49/month — 3 instructors, 5 vehicles, 100 SMS/month), and Premium (€99/month — unlimited instructors and vehicles, 800 SMS/month). We do not currently offer a free trial period: payment is collected via Stripe at the moment you complete signup. Payment
All payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. If a payment fails, your account may be marked past-due and, if it remains unresolved, some features may be restricted until payment succeeds or you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account, which opens Stripe's secure Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and we don't offer partial-month refunds.
The Live Demo
Our public demo is for evaluation only. Its data (customers, lessons, vehicles, exams, messages) is automatically wiped and reset roughly every four hours. Please don't enter real or sensitive information into the demo.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the student, instructor, and exam-scheduling information you enter, and for meeting your own legal and regulatory obligations towards the Cyprus Road Transport Department and any other relevant authority. DrivingSchool CRM is a scheduling and record-keeping tool — it does not submit anything to, and does not guarantee compliance with, any government or regulatory body on your behalf.
SMS Messaging
SMS reminders are sent through our SMS provider and count against your plan's monthly quota. Messages beyond your quota are not sent; we record any such attempt as a failed message in your account so you can see it and retry.
Acceptable Use
Please don't use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send bulk messages beyond legitimate lesson reminders, to try to access another school's data, or to disrupt or overload the Service.
Your Data, Export & Deletion
You can export all of your school's data — customers, vehicles, lessons, exams, certificates, and messages — at any time, in CSV or JSON format, from your account settings. If you cancel and your account is deleted, your operational data is permanently deleted, except that certain audit and security log records are kept for up to 7 years for security and accountability purposes.
Service Availability & Support
We aim to keep the Service available and responsive, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation and don't currently offer a formal uptime guarantee. Support is provided by email; where we describe a plan as including "priority" support, it means we aim to answer those enquiries first — it isn't a contractual response-time commitment.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed lessons, exams, or licensing deadlines arising from your own data entry or from outages of third-party services we rely on (such as Stripe or SMS delivery). Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Intellectual Property
We own the Service's software, design, and branding. You keep ownership of the data you enter — we only process it to provide the Service to you.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or has unresolved non-payment. You may cancel your own account at any time as described above.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page, and for material changes we'll try to notify school admins by email.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
